         For forty years, Sheldon J. Sevinor, M. D. has dedicated himself to helping people feel better about themselves through innovative reconstructive surgery and aesthetic facial and body enhancement procedures. Committed to his profession as a plastic surgeon, he established a successful, highly respected Boston and Miami medical practice.  

 

         Dr. Sevinor has spent several years developing and creating his own skincare brand, Dr. Sevinor Skincare Solutions.  Since 2016,  when Dr. Sevinor retired from his surgical practice, he has devoted more time to further research and development of additional skincare products to enhance his brand based on science and up to the minute innovative technology rather than elaborate packaging and Madison Avenue ads with 21 year old models. Skin care products should be about RESULTS -not ornate packaging.

Internationally, Dr.Sevinor has been invited to teach on a wide range of topics in the art and science of plastic surgery. These lectures have included instruction on:

·        facial rejuvenation in Argentina,

·        liposuction and body contouring in France,

·        breast augmentation and reduction in Germany,

·        botox injections in Hong Kong,

·        The Sevinor method for the non-surgical facelift in Italy.

 

    Dr. Sevinor has contributed articles on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in major publications such as: The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Boston Magazine, USA Today, the Associated Press, Harpers Bazaar, Mademoiselle, The South China Post, The London Sunday Mirror, Woman’s Own(U. K.), and Der Spiegel (Germany).

    Certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Sevinor served a four-year term on the board of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Liposuction Surgery and an honorary member of the European Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Sevinor was a national trainer for Botox Cosmetic. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society’s Massachusetts Division.

 

      Dr. Sevinor was affiliated with several North Shore hospitals in Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary as well as hospitals in Miami. He was a “Senior Fellow Mentor” at Harvard Medical School and consulted in both Boston and Miami.

 

     Honored to have been named to Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities while an undergraduate at Syracuse University, Dr. Sevinor earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Having served a clinical clerkship at Harvard Medical School, his internship and residency in general surgery was at Brown University-Rhode Island Hospital. He served his plastic surgery residency at the University of Florida-Jacksonville Hospitals where he was Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery.

     Dr. Sevinor was a member of the medical staff of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Founded in 1824, the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is an international center for treatment and research and a teaching hospital of the Harvard Medical School.
